My name is Dalton M Hicks, everyone calls me Bubba. I am a 16 year old sophomore at Montezuma Community School, where I participate in football, basketball, and track. I’m also an A honor student. My birthday is 6/10/91, I’m six feet tall and weigh 145 pounds. I have been riding a quad for 7 years and racing for about 3 1/2 years.
Quad:

Class:
I will be running the B and production B/C in 2008
Race Accomplishments in 2007:
I started in the youth production class and won every race I entered in 2007. On my birthday I moved up to the C class. I won many local races in the C and the B/C production classes but didn’t chase any series points at local tracks because I focused on the WPSA tour. All of my overall finishes in WPSA events were in the top ten. I improved with every race and even won the final race in Pennsylvania which pushed me into a 3rd place overall for the season even with making only the last five races. Also I went to the first Chad Wienen riding school.
Other Accomplishments:
I was the 2005 Iowa District 22 State Champion in the Youth Production Class. In 2006 I was the Iowa District 22 State Champion in the Youth Production Class with 22 wins. I won the 2006 Hawkeye Downs and Fun Valley track championships in the Youth Production class. I also won the 2006 Minnesota indoor championship in Quad Sport .
Goals:
My goal for the 2008 race season is to run hard in the B class and try to be very competitive. I would like to hit as many nationals as possible and try for a state championship in the B class.
Sponsor Information:
I am currently seeking sponsorships from vendors of safety and riding apparel, and performance parts. I feel that I am desirable as a sponsored racer because I attend each race in most series and that I have a strong will to succeed. In order to promote my sponsors, I will do whatever is asked from them and show myself in a sportsman like manner.
Examples of ways that I can help to promote my sponsors would be through product promotion at racetracks, logo placement on my quad and trailer, and through Media outlets such as www.johnsonracingmx.com and www.mxresultz.com.
I hope my success in the 2007 season shows the dedication and commitment that companies like you look for in a rider to sponsor. Also, only being 16 I have many years of riding ahead of me that I could use to promote your products or services. I intend to ride hard, place as well as possible, and show good sportsmanship at all times, which would be a great reflection on your company. I hope that we can work together in the future, and would look forward to doing business with you. I would greatly appreciate a reply.
Thank you,
Dalton Hicks
